Oernoe was founded on a simple principle: technology should work for the individual using it, not for advertising brokers harvesting personal behavior. We develop fast, capable digital tools that give people complete sovereignty over their data.
Our platform spans private web search, conversational intelligence, private messaging, personal wellness notes, and live infrastructure status. Five months after Oernoe launched, Angel founded Anoepal as the parent company that operates, engineers, and funds the platform.

Founder of Anoepal & Creator of Oernoe
Angel leads product architecture and technology direction across Oernoe. His standing standard for any feature is whether it gives individuals more control over their personal data, or less. If a feature reduces user agency, it does not ship.
He personally oversees technical publishing, editorial reviews, and answers direct communication through hello@oernoe.com.
Anoepal Operations
Anoepal is the operating entity for Oernoe. Anoepal ensures that Oernoe maintains financial autonomy, dedicated infrastructure, and long-term stability without relying on predatory user data monetization.

How We Are Funded
Oernoe is designed to be commercially viable and sustainable without compromising privacy:
- Free Core Access: Basic accounts and primary tools (Search, AI, Chat, Health, Tracker) are completely free.
- Premium Upgrades: Optional advanced tools, expanded storage, and power features carry transparent, labeled pricing.
- Contextual Publisher Advertising: Non-personalized Google advertisements appear exclusively on select educational guides and finished journal articles. Ads never appear on Search, AI, Chat, Health, Tracker, or account screens.
- No Data Brokerage: We never sell user data, personal profiles, or search histories to third parties.
Transparency & Corrections
We maintain an open public record of our policies, engineering guidelines, and corrections. When we improve our systems or refine our descriptions, we record those updates openly in our Corrections Directory.
