About Oernoe

Oernoe is a publisher site and a set of tools: Search, Health, Chat, and AI. It is operated by Anoepal and founded by Angel Mejia Rodriguez.

How it started

Oernoe began as a private email service and a search engine. The idea was an account you can use without selling search history or account data to advertisers.

Search, at search.oernoe.com, still lets people add people and companies, with an approval process you can see. Mail is not a live homepage product today, so we do not write as if it is. Selected publisher pages on this website may show Google ads. That is described in the Privacy Policy, and it is separate from how Search treats queries.

The lineup later grew to Health, Chat, and AI, then Docs, Drive, and Tracker. Five months after Oernoe launched, Angel founded Anoepal as the company that operates and funds the platform.

What this hostname is

www.oernoe.com is the public publisher site: journal, guides, How-To, company pages, and legal. It is not the Search box and it is not Chat. Mixing those jobs is how you get a landing page that says nothing and a reviewer who calls it low value content.

The writing we keep in the public index has to be original to Oernoe. Generic SEO essays and “coming soon” notes are either rewritten or noindexed. Ads, when they appear, sit on finished documents, not on empty shells.

Navigation is the same on every public page: About, Journal, Guides, How-To, Contact, plus Legal. Services sit in their own menu so they do not compete with an article. If you cannot find Privacy, Cookies, or Terms, the footer failed, and that is a site bug.

What is live, and what is not

From this site we currently send people to Search, Health, Chat, AI, Docs, Drive, and Tracker. Those are the hostnames on the homepage. Health is a private workspace for notes you choose to keep. It is not a doctor and it does not replace one.

Mail, Maps, Music, Studio, News, and OerAlerts are not listed as live homepage products. Older journal URLs may still talk as if they are. Those URLs are being kept for old links and taken out of the public index. If a page here disagrees with the homepage directory, the homepage is the one to trust until we fix the page.

Angel Mejia Rodriguez

Founder of Anoepal, creator of Oernoe

Angel still sets product direction. The standing test is whether a feature gives people more control over their data, or less. If it is less, it does not ship. That test is why Mail is not sold as a live product, why Search is not allowed to keep a query file for ads, and why Chat and Health do not carry AdSense.

He is also the named person for this publisher. Journal and guides are issued as Oernoe Editorial Team unless a byline says otherwise, but there is no separate newsroom. If a page here is wrong, the correction is his problem. Email hello@oernoe.com for editorial mail, or use the inboxes on Contact.

Anoepal

Anoepal is the holding company. It exists so Oernoe can keep running without changing the basic deal: free accounts, labeled paid features, and no sale of account or search data.

Contact: info@oernoe.com or support@oernoe.com.

How the publisher is funded

Account creation is free. Some products have optional paid tiers, and those are labeled in the product. Selected finished pages on this hostname may show Google ads. We do not sell account or search data, and we do not sell journal articles, links, or reviews. Pitches for sponsored posts are declined.

Ads do not appear on Search, Health, Chat, AI, Docs, Drive, Tracker, or Account. They do not appear on Home, About, legal pages, or the journal listing. The split is written in Search queries and Google ads so a reviewer does not have to reverse-engineer it from view-source.

What we already had to correct

We shipped homepage copy that sounded like the whole network had no tracking, while this hostname was applying for AdSense. We shipped a Mail page that collected addresses for software that did not exist. We shipped generic SEO journal URLs. We shipped a robots.txt that missed the live application routes. Those are listed, with what replaced them, in Corrections we have already made.

A company page that will not admit those is asking Google to find them. This page would rather name them.

What we actually promise

  • Oernoe does not sell account or search data, and does not use search history to build advertising profiles.
  • Selected publisher pages on www.oernoe.com, such as guides and substantial journal articles, may show Google ads.
  • Account creation is free. Some services have optional paid tiers, and those are marked.
  • Ownership, policies, and contact addresses are public on this site.
