Why these are separate from the main policies

Oernoe AI and Noevik raise questions that the general site policies do not answer. A search engine returns links that already exist somewhere else. A generative model produces new text and images on request, which means someone has to say who owns that output, what happens to the prompt after it is answered, and what the service refuses to do. Folding that into the general terms would have buried it, so it lives here as three documents you can read on its own terms.

What each document settles

The terms of service cover the contract itself: who may hold an account, what you keep ownership of, what we make no promise about, and the limits on how much you can run through the service. The important part is the section on output. A model can produce confident text that is wrong, and the terms say plainly that output is not advice and needs checking before you rely on it for anything that matters.

The privacy and data policy covers what happens to a conversation after it ends: what is stored, how long, what memory retains between sessions, whether anything is used for training, and how to turn that off or delete it. It also states which processing happens on our infrastructure and which is handed to a model provider, because that distinction changes who holds your data.

The usage and safety policy covers conduct: what the service will not generate, the rules around images of real people, and how to report something that got through the filters. It is the document to read first if you are deciding whether the service is appropriate for a school, a workplace, or anyone under age.

How this relates to advertising

Oernoe AI does not display advertising, and prompts are never used to target ads. Google AdSense appears only on selected long-form pages of this publisher site, never inside a product surface. That split is described in the search queries and Google ads guide and in the main privacy policy. Where these AI policies and the general policies disagree, these more specific documents govern the AI services and the general ones govern everything else.

The product host is ai.oernoe.com. This library is on www.oernoe.com so the policies are readable without an account. Login screens and the AI app itself do not load ads. If a unit appears inside a prompt thread, that is a bug. Write support@oernoe.com with the URL.
