How long does account creation take?

It is immediate. Open Search, Health, Chat, or AI, enter an email and password, and you can use the service. Email verification is not required for basic access.

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot Password on the login page. If the reset mail does not arrive, check spam or write support@oernoe.com.

What data do you collect?

Information needed to run accounts, requested features, and site security. We do not sell account or search data. Selected publisher pages may display Google ads. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Does this work on a phone?

Yes. The services run in a current mobile or desktop browser. Nothing has to be installed.

How long will it take to get a reply?

Usually one to three working days. Oernoe is run by a small team, so there is no overnight support desk and no automated system that closes your ticket to keep a metric down. If a message needs a change in the product before it can be answered properly, we will say so rather than send a holding reply.

How do I ask for a copy of my data, or have it deleted?

Write to the privacy address from the email on the account, so we can tell it is you without asking for identity documents. Say whether you want an export, a deletion, or both. Deletion removes the account and its contents and cannot be undone, so we confirm once before acting on it. Scope and timings are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Something on this site is wrong. Who fixes it?

Send it to hello@oernoe.com with the page address. Factual errors in articles and guides are corrected with a note on the page rather than edited quietly. Our standards for this are on the editorial standards page.

I want a page removed from Oernoe Search results.

That is separate from this website. Search indexes pages published elsewhere on the web, so removal requests need the exact result URL and the reason. Copyright claims go through the DMCA process instead, which has requirements we cannot waive.

Do you take advertising or sponsored posts?

No. Selected long-form pages carry Google AdSense, which is bought through an ad network and has no contact with our editorial work. We do not sell articles, links, or reviews, and pitches for sponsored content are declined without reply.

Which hostname should I be on?

Articles and company pages are on www.oernoe.com. Search is search.oernoe.com. Login is account.oernoe.com. The other live products have their own hosts. The map is in Which Oernoe hostname does what. If you landed on /login or /mail on www, those are leftover routes and are not the index.
